Growth of INTP Personality
'Exploring the dynamic development of INTP personality from immaturity to maturity.'
Understanding the Growth of INTP Personality. The eight cognitive functions by Jung determine one's personality type. In the immature stage, if people only use their dominant functions and avoid weaknesses, it leads to blind spots. For INTPs, in childhood, Ti starts to develop. They love researching principles, are good at logical reasoning, and are strict about right and wrong. Ne assists Ti, bringing curiosity and openness. Before 24, INTPs often have strong Ti-Ne and weak Si-Fe, leading to frequent changes in interests and careers, and weak teamwork. Si acts as a backup when Ne fails. Fe, the inferior function, develops later. When Fe awakens, INTPs become more inclusive. Overall, INTPs grow through the dynamic development of these functions.
