ESTPs, the Entrepreneurs, are optimistic, adventurous, and good at dealing with challenges. They enjoy taking risks and competing. ESFPs, the Entertainers, are social, optimistic, and full of energy. They like to express themselves and interact with others.

ENFPs, the Campaigners, are full of energy, creativity, and have strong social skills. They are inspiring leaders. ENTPs, the Debaters, are intelligent, creative, and curious. They like to challenge traditions and innovate.

ESTJs, the Executives, are resolute, organized, and responsible. They are good at leading and organizing. ESFJs, the Consuls, are social, compassionate, and responsible. They are loyal supporters of the team.

ENFJs, the Protagonists, are strong in social skills, care about others, and have leadership abilities. They are good at inspiring and guiding others. ENTJs, the Commanders, have strong leadership abilities, are goal-oriented, and decisive. They are excellent leaders and organizers.

It should be noted that the MBTI is just a personality assessment tool. Personality types are not fixed, and individuals may show different characteristics in different situations.
