Growth of INFJ Starts from Breaking Free from Internal Struggle
The incessant dings of work messages on WeChat can be overwhelming. The mountain of tasks piles up, causing an inner turmoil that desperately wants to escape. A few years ago, in such situations, I would be extremely anxious. I used to be a person lacking confidence, prone to self-doubt and internal conflict. However, recent changes indicate that I have been growing. My mindset has improved. After years of intense internal struggle and overthinking due to a busy work life and increasing pressure, I realized the importance of taking initiative in adjusting my attitude. Reading books on self-awareness has become a new pursuit. For introverted people like me, reading and writing are great ways to deal with social exhaustion. They allow me to expose myself fully and explore my deepest emotions and thoughts. Writing and reading are like a sanctuary for the soul. The more honest I am with myself, the easier it is to break free from internal struggle. In the past, I used to write insincere works. Now, I understand that we should not be thankful for hardships but for our own courage and efforts in overcoming them. I am glad to have such realizations, even if I may still struggle with emotions in the future. I live for the present moment.
