INTP Personality Traits: An Analysis
INTP, known as the Logician personality type, is extremely rare, with only 3% of the population having this personality. They take pride in their active creativity, unique perspectives, and endless wisdom, not caring about being in the company of what they consider 'mediocre'.
In daily life, INTPs can be a bit insensitive. They are very tolerant and don't care much about emotional harm from others in a worldly sense. For example, if they are isolated by roommates, they won't be particularly sad. They are rational and have their own value system. Moreover, they are not sensitive to group atmosphere and have a weak perception of their own emotions. So INTPs may not even realize they are being isolated and will continue doing their own things. They are generally very inclusive and have a high acceptance of things around them. However, if you step on their minefield one day, they will silently blacklist you.
INTPs are indeed very rational and have sharp objective insights. But they need to be careful about letting emotions influence their logic. In other words, their emotional tendencies may lead them to believe more in their existing knowledge system. They will think about new ideas from others to some extent but unconsciously maintain their own logical system and try to find evidence to prove that their cognition is correct.
INTPs have self-consistent logic and unique thinking, often bringing inspiration and even subverting others' thoughts. But they also need to be aware of their emotional defense system to avoid being outsmarted by their own cleverness.
