How are ENTJs in Interpersonal Communication?
An exploration of ENTJs' interpersonal skills and challenges.
How are ENTJs in interpersonal communication?
In my opinion, ENTJs are not the type that is widely popular. Sometimes, they may appear self-centered or rather强势. Due to the desire to maintain their ideal image and some personal psychological reasons, they are extremely拘谨 when interacting with unfamiliar people. However, when with familiar people, they have a strong desire to express themselves. With friends, it's not so much that they have similar personalities but rather that they are attracted by each other's traits. Once they become good friends, they can maintain a relatively good long-term relationship.
However, not being good at handling relationships with unfamiliar people around is my biggest dilemma. Dealing with complete strangers or giving public speeches is completely fine, but having conversations with acquaintances really poses an obstacle for me, with involuntary拘谨 and严肃.
Some people suggest that not being good at handling relationships with unfamiliar people may be related to age and experience. The拘谨 and严肃 might depend on the person. Maybe you find them too boring.
I just turned eighteen and I'm really not good at this aspect.
Some ENTJs are social butterflies but don't really enjoy socializing that much deep down. Some are very good at interacting with people. This kind of ease has a strong utilitarian aspect and is almost like muscle memory.
I am a social butterfly. I can empathize and start conversations actively. But I don't have many friends because once I discover a major flaw in a person, I cut off contact immediately. I'm too lazy to waste energy continuing to communicate as I think my energy is limited.
I think it's normal for ENTJ personalities to be disliked. Eventually, they will learn to control their sharpness better.
