Introduction The role of Te in the pragmatic world is well-known. For INFJ, enhancing Te, which is the seventh function in the shadow side, can bring great convenience to life and goal achievement. Let's explore how we can improve Te.

Personality Functions My usage frequency of eight functions is as follows: Ni > Fe > Ne > Fi > Ti > Te >> Si > Se. As we observe different personality types, we find that when the dominant function develops to a certain stage, the opposite function also develops significantly. For INFJ, Ni is like a compass and Ne is like a flashlight. Fi helps INFJ find inner emotional balance. Ti provides rational analysis. At this stage, Ni, Fe, and Ti seek an ideal for human development and happiness, and Te becomes an important tool in the real world.

Enhancing Te I am a person who likes to make plans but lacks execution. Observing friends with strong Te, I find that they are more in tune with the present. INFJ, due to the weakness of Se, often struggles with this. I believe starting from enhancing Se can bring a transformative change. One way to develop Se is through yoga and meditation. Establishing a connection between body and mind is a wonderful process. When we return our focus to the present, we can better understand the effort and time needed for tasks and adapt to changes. Reading complex philosophical books and taking notes also helps. Fitness is also important. I believe enhancing Se will make Ni more accurate.
